I'm researching information / photos of the trolley that ran from Washington Crossing to New Hope and onto Lambertville. I live in Washington Crossing and noticed there seems to be a rail bed running along Taylorsville Road and then Rt#32 into New Hope. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

I used to live in Lansdale, Pa., and visited NH all the time back in the sixties and seventies. New Hope left a big impression on me. It was a hippy town in a way but there was an artist culture going on at the same time. Anyway, thanks for being here. I love the site and keep up the great work.

We love New Hope, Lambertville and all the "Rivertowns along the way" Whenever I go out to do a plein air painting it seems as if somehow I always end up one side or the other of the three bridges. Its the most unique area you can find for artists and the people are as beautiful as the scenery.

Lived in an apartment above the head shop at the bridge in 1969. What's the new store's name where Ben's Pharmacy used to be that has the prankster chewing gum?

I am the son of the owner of the "Green Grocery" I was born July 5, 1981 in Flemington, New Jersey. I lived with my brother Jesse on the property of a woman named Mrs. Bodine when I was young until my family moved to Spencer Massachusetts when I was four. I am going to compete in the Tour de France, I am haunted by the Nut Cracker behind my old house to this day!

My friends and I make the trip up to New Hope several times a year. Most of those times are specifically for the fruit fondue platter and pizza at 90 on Main, a local bar/lounge/restaurant on Main street. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Nice site. I'm a writer and was thinking about writing a comedy sitcom set in New Hope. Plan to visit next year to check the town out.
